With a high torque rating of 96 Nm, the 2AD132C-B35OA1-CS01-B2N1 is designed to provide a smooth continuous rotational torque while offering a base speed rating of 1500 rpm and a peak speed rating of 7500 rpm. This servo motor is designed to provide a smooth operational experience when installed in a control system machinery as it comes with a high-resolution position control feedback system and a speed control system to regulate the motor's speed.
With the addition of an axial blower fan, which requires 400 to 460 volts AC to operate, the 2AD132C-B35OA1-CS01-B2N1 cools down whenever the temperature of the motor coil rises above the nominal operating temperature of 45°C. The fan on this motor is of blower configuration that helps the motor cool down by pushing the ambient air from the surroundings inside the motor and allowing the air to pass through the coil, cooling it in the process. This blower has a power consumption rating of 100 to 83 VA and a cooling rate of up to 1000 m³/hour, cooling the coil instantly during operation. The motor has a thermal time constant of 70 minutes, which is the time it takes for this motor to attain 63% of the steady-state temperature of the motor.
To mount the motor, the B35 configuration on this servo motor provides the user with two options: using the flange mount or the foot mount option, which caters to different types of applications. The mounting can be done using M7-type screws that provide the perfect contact support and are rigid enough to support the entire motor's weight.
