Designed to be used in the production industry thanks to its peak speed rating of 7500 rpm while providing a nominal torque of 96 Nm, the 2AD132C-B35OA1-CS01 is perfect for heavy industrial applications as it also comes with various other features to ensure the motor provides an accurate output. To ensure the motor provides accurate feedback, the 2AD132C-B35OA1-CS01 high-resolution feedback system is designed to provide accurate shaft positioning using an incremental encoder and control the speed of the shaft using a tacho feedback system that continuously generates feedback signals whenever the motor attains a speed of 1000 rpm.
The CS01 configuration of this servo motor allows this servo to feature the CS type winding on this servo, which allows this servo to run more efficiently consuming less current of 39 Amperes while providing a torque of 96 Nm operating at 279 volts AC. To keep the motor cool when running hot during high-speed operation, the 2AD132C-B35OA1-CS01 comes with an axial blower fan that provides an airflow rate of 1000 m³ per hour keeping the motor cool and at a quicker pace.
The motor is designed to be water-sealed and dustproof thanks to its Ingress Protection of IP 67 and can withstand the humidity of a maximum of 90%, allowing the motor to be installed near areas with a large water body. The motor also comes with a shaft seal ring to keep the motor protected from the front, preventing dust from grinding and being pushed into the motor shaft and also to prevent lubricants from spilling outside the motor chassis. This motor can be mounted using a flange mount or using foot mounting depending on the application it is being used for.
