With the BS03 configuration, the 2AD132C-B05OR1-BS03 AC servo motor offers a winding of BS rating and comes with a high-resolution motor feedback system that not only provides feedback for shaft positioning but also for regulating the speed of the motor providing more control over the output of the motor. This motor can provide a speed of up to 7500 rpm when operating on maximum operating conditions and has a nominal base speed of 1500 rpm which may reduce to 500 to 1000 rpm when functioning on derated conditions.
This motor has a size of 132 mm and a length of C. It is part of the 2AD motor configuration and weighs approximately 115 kg. The enclosure of this motor is IP 65-rated and comes with an anodized aluminum enclosure that is designed to be kept protected from dust and moisture to prevent it from oxidizing and corroding over time, prolonging the life of the motor. The motor has a Thermal insulation class F keeping this motor well protected from fires of up to 170 degrees Celsius. The motor has an average sound or noise pressure rating of 75 dB even when the axial blower is operating.
The Axial blower on this motor requires 400 to 460 volts to operate and blows air from the rear end of the motor allowing it to pass through the coil of the motor and exit the front of the motor.
