Designed to run on PWM and vector control methods, the 2AD132C-B05OB1-CS33-A2N1 from Rexroth Indramat is a 2AD series servo motor that offers a nominal base speed of 1500 rpm. To rotate heavy loads and components, the 2AD132C-B05OB1-CS33-A2N1 offers a torque of up to 96 Nm. Since this motor generates such high rotational forces, it requires around 39 Amperes of current while operating at 279 volts AC. One of the standout features of the 2AD series of motors is the integration of an axial blower fan. This fan requires 400 to 460 Volts AC to function but can help the motor cool down its poles at a much quicker pace with a flow rate of 1000 m³ per hour. This helps the coil reach 63.5% of the motor coil within 100 minutes, which is also the thermal time constant of the motor.
