With a 96 Nm output torque, the Rexroth 2AD132C-B05OA2-BS03-D2N1 is a high power industrial automation servo motor that has an asynchronous motor design. This motor has a base speed of 1500 rpm and a maximum speed of 7500 rpm. With a power rating of 10 to 15 kW, this motor is perfect for high power applications. It also has a current rating of up to 65 Amperes while being operated at 168 volts AC, 3 phase. This motor has a 3-pole design and can be excited with voltages with varying frequencies in order to control the speed. The frequency range of this motor is between 50 Hz to 60 Hz.
With an anodized aluminum body, the motor is easier to maintain as it does not corrode or get oxidized. The motor also comes with a shaft sealing ring as a precautionary feature to prevent dust and moisture from getting inside the shaft end of the motor. This motor has a balanced shaft key which is great for attaching a coupler to the motor shaft when rotating objects at higher speeds. The motor is also IP 65 rated against dust and low levels of moisture, keeping the motor well protected from hazardous industrial environments. The class F insulation of this motor keeps it protected against fires of up to 170 degrees Celsius temperature.
