The 2AD series of induction or asynchronous motors are manufactured by Rexroth Bosch. These motors are also referred to as asynchronous because the rotor does not operate at the same rate as the magnetic field that is formed on the stator to rotate. These induction or asynchronous motors have a wide range of applications in various industries and fields that may include, pumps, fans, papers, food packaging, blowers, conveyors, compressors, and machine tools.
