The 2AD132B-B05OA2-BS03-D2N1 series consists of asynchronous housing motors that feature a short-circuited rotor design and surface ventilation achieved through fan units that are securely connected. These fan units can be either axial or radial blowers, depending on the application. To ensure seamless integration with machinery, the series offers motors in various sizes, with practical mounting options such as flange mounting. The motors provide high-resolution feedback, offering an absolute accuracy of ~ 0.02 degrees (~ 1.2'). These motors, produced by the Bosch Group, are celebrated for their reliability, high power-to-weight ratio, energy efficiency, and adaptability in diverse industrial settings.
In terms of functional specifications, the motors feature a sound pressure level of 70 dB(A), a mass of 115 kg, and deliver a torque output of 96 Nm. With a power rating of 15 kW, these motors operate within a speed range of 1500 to 7500 rpm. The INDRAMART main spindle motors are made to last hence they feature a lifetime-lubricated deep groove ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings helping it require low maintenance. These motors have been tested in adverse conditions to operate in temperatures of 0 degree Celsius to 45 degree Celsius. Also these motors have been tested to work up to 1000 meters above the sea level.
