2AD132B-B35OB2-AD01 is a Bosch Rexroth motor from the 2AD series. It is suited to industrial applications. The motor has an axial cooling fan for surface cooling. This cooling method provides higher rates of heat dissipation compared to convection cooling. As a result, motors with surface cooling provide higher output torque and power. The axial fan requires three-phase power at 400/460 Volts AC. It provides 100 cubic meters of average airflow per hour. Power consumption of the fan varies between 145 and 170 VA. 2AD motors require 0 to 45 degrees Celsius for providing rated output. Power for the motor is supplied by a motor controller. The power cable connecting the motor and the controller connects to a power terminal on top of the motor. The 2AD132B-B35OB2-AD01 does not feature a holding brake.
However, operators can order holding brakes for 2AD motors. The 2AD132B-B35OB2-AD01 is servo motor and provides position and speed feedback.
