Product Description:
The 2AD132B-B35LB1-BS03/S001 is an Asynchronous motor from Rexroth. This servo motor has a motor size and winding designation BS. It has a nominal power rating of up to 15 kW and a nominal torque rating of 96 Nm maximum. The motor has a base speed rating of 1500 rotations per minute which is perfect for low-speed applications but it can also offer up to 7500 rpm of speed making it perfect for drilling and routing applications as well.
To control the accuracy of the motor by controlling the shaft positioning, the 2AD132B-B35LB1-BS03/S001 features a high-precision digital feedback system for enhancing its control system by minimizing the error factor consciously in its closed-loop control system. The key shaft on this motor has a butterfly slot design to lock a coupler on the shaft preventing it from slipping during high-speed rotations. This key shaft is perfect since the shaft has a uniform load design to keep the load center aligned and prevent the shaft from breaking and bending.
This motor does come with normal-type bearings which should be lubricated every 10000 cycles but must be replaced after 30000 cycles of use to enhance the overall performance of the servo motor. The motor comes with an IP 65 protection rating protecting the motor against dust and low-pressure water jets keeping the motor perfect in challenging industrial environments. The motor can also withstand a fire of up to 170 degrees Celsius thanks to its Class F insulation. With the help of an Axial blower, the 2AD132B-B35LB1-BS03/S001 can cool down its temperature during high-speed, heavy-duty applications preventing the motor from overheating. This motor has a Thermal Time constant of 45 minutes.
