The holding brake provides any connected drive controller with information required to accurately monitor and control the operation of the motor in real time. This controller connects to the drive controller through two major cables, a power cable and a motor feedback cable. These two connection cable enter the housing of the motor through a power terminal that is integrated into the motor housing.
