The 2AD132B-B05OB2-BS03/S001 is an induction motor from the air-cooled induction motor 2AD series which is developed by the Bosch Group of companies. These 2AD type motors are high performance servo motors specially developed for the high demanding industrial uses. These motors are famous due to their high torque density, mechanical sturdiness and compact design together with the ability to provide very precise control, which makes them suitable to be used in any situation where there is need for high dependability. The 2AD motors are designed to come in different cooling types and to work with many of Rexroth's drives systems and are ideal for machine tools, packaging machines, printing machinery as well as robotics. It also has a feedback mechanism, which enables them to position with high accuracy and control the speed, thus making them suitable to be used in industrial automation for increasing productivity.

This motor comes with a maximum torque of 64 Nm and maximum current of 45 A and the base speed of this motor is 1600 RPM while the maximum speed is 7500 RPM. This motor has a rated power of 10 kW which makes it a suitable device for use in a number of industrial applications. The motor has a frame shape of type B05 which shows that the motor is standard flange mounted. For the cooling purpose, it has an axial blower motor which runs on 115V. The blower design is responsible for moving the air from the A side to the B side of the motor in a bid to control the temperature of the motor and therefore its performance. This model does not come with an electrically released holding brake. Nevertheless, it has high resolution motor feedback for relative indirect position measurement.
