2AD132B-B05OA6-DS03-D2N1 is a 132B AC Asynchronous servo motor used for controlling low torque industrial robots and other manufacturing machinery. This motor has a torque rating of up to 10 Nm which is on the lower side however it allows this motor to rotate at high speeds of up to 7500 rotations per minute with 1500 rotations per minute being the nominal rating. This motor is also a power efficient option as it only draws 30 amperes of current and requires 258 volts to operate.The motor has a radial blower attached to it on the right side which sucks the air from the environment and pushes it into the motor's internals to help cool it down quickly. This motor has a low thermal time constant of 50 minutes which means it takes just 50 minutes during operation for this motor to cool down without the need for extra external cooling.
The fan on this motor should be operated using 230 Volts AC and the power connector is placed on the top side of the motor making it easier to reach and connect the power cords and also providing a clean wiring setup.To keep the motor mounted stable, the 2AD132B-B05OA6-DS03-D2N1 features a foot mount that using four 10 millimeter threaded nuts and bolts, users can easily mount. This mounting not only keeps the motor stable but also reduces vibration by allowing the motor to use the base as a dampener, of course, this all depends on the stability of the base as well as the size.
