Bosch Rexroth 2AD series of asynchronous motors includes the versatile 2AD132B-B05LB1-BS03-D2N1. This motor type is designed to offer high speeds and high precision in demanding applications. It features a high torque density in a compact design that integrates easily in different machine conditions. The motor has a high load capacity due to its built-in cooling mode which features an axial blower. The blower keeps the surface of the motor cool maintaining optimal operating temperature. The motor has a frame of size 132 with a length of B. It is a high-powered motor with a torque rating of 64 Nm. It offers reliable performance in all types of environments and is protected from dust and moisture per IP 65 requirements.
The motor is fitted for flange mounting. Power can be connected to the unit directly via the side B connectors on the motor. The power terminal position on this model is located on top of the motor. To ensure smooth running operation, the motor has integrated high-resolution motor feedback to monitor the position and velocity of the rotor. It comes with a shaft with keyway for output.
