The 2AD104C-B35OA4-CS06-D2N1 is a size 104 motor with a frame length of C manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is an asynchronous motor that is suited for use as a high performance main or spindle drive. The motor is equipped for extreme loads with a blower that helps to keep the motor cool by blowing air current from side B to side A of the motor. This ensures efficient dissipation of heat from the motor preventing overload damage. The motor?s robust design ensures that it can be used in adverse conditions and comes with IP 65 rating indicating resistance to dust and water. The motor?s inbuilt thermistors also function in the protection of the motor by helping to monitor temperature for optimal performance and reliability.
The motor has a flange and foot mounting style that is flexible and easy to install in different machine conditions. The connectors of the motor are located on Side A of the motor to enable direct connection of the power cable to the unit. The output of the power terminal is located on top of the motor. The integrated digital servo feedback evaluates the position and speed of the rotor. The motor has an output shaft with keyway, equipped with a shaft seal. It does not come with a holding brake.
The motor has a nominal speed rating of 1,500 min-1 and a torque rating of 48 Nm. The peak speed rating for this unit is 9,000 min-1.
