A standout feature of the 2AD104C-B05OR1-DS06-C2N2 motor is its efficient cooling system, which manages the heat generated during operation. This motor is equipped with a fixed blower designed to provide continuous cooling. Depending on the motor type, the blower can either blow or suction air; in this model, it blows air from the back side B to the front side A. The blower operates at a nominal voltage of 230V, with a permissible variation of up to 10%, and functions within a frequency range of 50-60 Hz. It delivers an impressive airflow rate of 230 m³/h, effectively dissipating heat and maintaining optimal motor temperature. To ensure reliable thermal management, the motor is equipped with two thermistors for temperature sensing. These thermistors work on a redundancy basis; only one sensor operates at a time, with the other serving as a backup in case the primary sensor fails. The pair of wires from the spare sensor are accessible in the terminal box. If a power plug is used for power connection, the wires are electrically insulated within the flange socket housing.
