Product Description:
The 2AD104C-B05OA7-CS07-B2N1 asynchronous motor is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is an air-cooled induction motor suited for use in high precision applications as main spindle drives and servo drives. This motor has a frame size of 104 with a length of C. It is equipped to handle extreme loads such as continuous operations with high repetitive frequency. The mounted blower helps to prevent overload and heat damage by cooling the surface of the motor. The motor?s housing also enables continuous operation without impacting performance by monitoring and regulating temperature using the inbuilt sensors in its windings.
This motor is designed to be maintenance-free and to offer a long service life. It is protected from contact with other moving parts and penetration by solid objects and water per DIN 40050 requirements. For optimal performance, the recommended installation conditions are ambient temperatures ranging from 0 to 45 ?C and altitudes of up to 1,000 meters above sea level. The motor comes with flange mounting for installation in different setups. It is also equipped with power terminals for electrical connection on Side A of the motor. The blower is located below the motor with airflow from B --> A.
The motor has high-resolution digital servo motor feedback with integral multiturn encoder for position and speed regulation. Its output shaft comes with a keyway, balanced with entire key. The bearing type is standard offering peak speeds of 9,000. The rated torque of this unit is 48 Nm. The base speed rating is 1,500 while the rated nominal current is 19.9 A.
