Product Description:
The 2AD104C-B05OA6-CS26-H2N1 is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth as part of their 2AD series of asynchronous AC motors. This type of motor has high performance capabilities and is designed for use as main spindle and servo drives in applications such as printing machines, packaging equipment and reshaping machines. This model features a size 104 motor with a frame length of C. It comes equipped with a blower for surface cooling enabling the motor to withstand extreme loads. The housing of the motor has integrated temperature sensors in its windings for thermal protection of the motor. The motor is protected against contact with parts and penetration by solid objects and water, enabling use in poor industrial environments.
The motor has flange mounting to facilitate installation. The power terminal is located on top of the unit while connectors for the electrical cable are located on Side A of the motor. On this unit, the radial blower is on the right with air flow from B --> A. The motor comes with integrated digital servo feedback to measure the rotor position and signal it to the drive. The motor also comes equipped with a holding brake for holding the main spindle safely in place within the machine. The output shaft of this unit comes with keyway with half key suited for applications with medium to low torque demands. The shaft is sealed for added protection of the motor.
