The 2AD104B-B05OB1-CS06-C2N1 is a 2AD Asynchronous motor with length B and CS winding. This motor has a torque of 29 Nm making it great for applications that require low torque. This motor has a rated speed of 1500 rotations per minute under normal conditions and can output a speed of 9000 rotations per minute maximum under high operating conditions. The moment of inertia of the rotor is 0.014 kgm^2.
This motor is designed to operate at relatively low noise and can produce noise at a maximum level of 70 dB when the motor is operating smoothly. To control the position of the motor, this asynchronous motor features a digital feedback system. This feedback system is designed in a closed-loop configuration which continuously sends the shaft's output data back to the encoder which then sends it to the control unit for accurate movement and positioning of the shaft. The motor is IP 65 rated preventing any dust particles from entering the enclosure and also preventing moisture or water jets from penetrating the enclosure of the motor. This motor can also be submerged in shallow water. To prevent the dust and moisture from getting into the motor construction from the front, this motor also features a shaft-sealed ring.
The motor features standard-type bearings, which can help this motor achieve its rated speed without any additional wear and tear. However, it is recommended to replace or maintain the motor bearings after 30000 cycles. The motor has a reinforced enclosure design, and therefore, has a vibration severity grade R which keeps the motor stable in most operating conditions. The motor can be attached to a stationary and rigid base using its foot mounting.
