Product Description:
Bosch Rexroth Indramat manufactures air-cooled induction motors which include the 2AD101D-B05OD1-BD03-D2N1. These motors are high-powered motors suited for use as main spindle drives and servo drives for high-accuracy high-demand applications. This motor has a frame size of 101 with a length of D. It is equipped with an axial blower to cool the motor in case of extreme loads. The motor is also protected against dust and liquid contaminants and is rated in the IP 65 protection class. This means it can be used in less than ideal conditions since the motor is protected against contaminants.
This motor has a nominal power rating of 9.5 kW and a nominal torque rating of 60 Nm. The base motor speed of this unit is 1,500 with a peak speed rating of 9,000. The nominal current of the unit is 42 A with a voltage rating of 187 A. This motor is suited for use in ambient temperatures ranging from 0 to 45 C. The housing of the motor features integrated thermistors in the windings which function in thermal protection by monitoring temperature to prevent overload damage.
This motor has a flange mounting style with the power terminal position being on top of the unit. The connectors on the motor are located on Side B with a connector on blower. The motor has integrated high-resolution motor feedback. The output shaft has a shaft seal and is equipped with key, balanced with entire key. It has a standard bearing and is rated for vibration severity grade R. For power connection, the use of Bosch Rexroth cables is recommended since they are optimized for the motor.
