Product Description:
The 2AD101C-B05OA1-BD03-D2N1 is an induction asynchronous motor in the 2AD series of Bosch Rexroth motors. Asynchronous motors of the 2AD series are suited for use as main-spindle and servo-drive motors in applications where accuracy and fast speeds are paramount such as packaging and foodstuff machines. This model has a frame size of 100 with a frame length of C. It is designed to stay ventilated through air cooling and comes with axial blowers for temperature control. The ideal ambient temperature for this unit is 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. To ensure that there is no damage due to overload, the motor has inbuilt thermistors in its housing to monitor and regulate temperature.
The motor can be used even in adverse industrial setups where there is a risk of contamination from liquids or dust since it is IP 65 protected so it is dust and waterproof. The Flange mounting style of this unit can accommodate different installation requirements. It also comes with power connectors located on Side A of the motor to enable direct connection of electricity to the motor. The output direction of the power connector is at the top of the motor. There is no integrated holding brake in this unit.
The output shaft of this model comes with keyway with a complete balanced key. The shaft is equipped with a sealing ring and is rated in the IP 65 protection class. This motor is equipped with a standard bearing suited for normal demands. The product comes with a warranty of one year from Wake Industrial. For accessories and cables, Wake Industrial recommends the use of Bosch Rexroth cables to ensure that the connection is optimized to meet the demands of the application.
