Product Description:
The 2AD100D-B35OR1-AS03-E2N1 is a Bosch Rexroth motor in the 2AD series of air-cooled induction motors. These high powered motors are used as main-spindle drives or servo drives in applications where high speed and accuracy is required such as in machine tools, packaging and printing equipment and similar setups. This model has a frame size of 100 with a length of D. It comes with blowers that function in air cooling of the motor to prevent damage due to overload. The housing of the motor also has thermistors that help to control and monitor temperature to prevent heat damage. The motor is designed to withstand different environments and is rated IP 65 so it is dustproof and impervious to water and other liquid contaminants that can interfere with proper function and durability.
The motor has Flange and Foot Mounting to accommodate different mounting requirements and setups. It also has connectors on the right side of the unit to facilitate connection of electrical power. The unit is also equipped with an output shaft key with keyway with half key. The bearing on this unit is a standard bearing suited for normal radial loads. The motor is dynamically balanced to meet DIN ISO 2373 requirements and comes with a standard vibration severity of R. This model does not come equipped with a holding brake.
