The Bosch Rexroth's 2AD100D-B35OB1-AS03-C2N1 is an efficient induction motor with a fixed axial blower and a squirrel cage rotor. The conductors of the squirrel cage rotor are skewed to smooth out torque changes and reduce noise caused by interactions with the stator's pole pieces at high speed. The amount of induced current transmitted back to the stator coils, as well as the current that passes through them, is determined by the bars of squirrel cage rotor. The rotor structures with the least feedback use at least 3 bars.
The 2AD100D-B35OB1-AS03-C2N1 has an encoder of high-resolution B35 mounting. A high-resolution encoder is exclusively a shaft or rotary encoder that is used to measure a motor's position and motion.
