The 2AD100D-B05OR2-AS03-B2N2 series consists of asynchronous housing motors with short-circuit rotor and surface ventilated by solidly connected fan units (axial or radial blower). For the perfect adaptation of the motor to the machine, different sizes with practically tested options can be selected like flange mounting . Motor feedback is made possible by high resolution motor feedback, the absolute accuracy of this system is 0.02 & (1.2).
These motors are manufactured by Bosch group & are well known for their reliability, high power to weight ratio, efficiency & versatility towards numerous industry applications. The data of the functional aspects of the motor are as follows the sound pressure level clocking in 70 db(A), mass 60 kgs and producing a torque of 48 Nm, power produced by the motor is 7.5 Kw, motor speed ranging from 1500 min-1 to 9000 min-1. INDRAMART main spindle motors are equipped with lifetime lubricated deep groove ball and cylindrical roller bearings. A shaft extension makes it possible to attach an additional position encoder to the B side of the motor. This however, requires the use of a radial blower. The motor feedback measures rotor position and signals it to the drive. This regulates speed and rotor position. It functions with a resolution of 1/2000000th revolution.
The mechanical accessories that can be added to this model are, a labyrinth seal to protect the shafts from liquid penetrating the motor output shaft, blower support base to create a channel for clean air entering the motor. The warranty period for this motor is 1 year and the mechanical service life of the bearings is 20,000 working hours.
