Rexroth Bosch Group have been manufacturing servo motors for very long. 2AD100C-B35OA1-AS03-A2N1 is one of the servo motors with a wide pool of applications. The size of the motor is C and the length is 100.
The mass value without holding the brake but with the blower is 49 kg and the winding designation is AS. The maximum torque this motor can produce continuously under specified operating conditions without overheating or damage is 35 Nm and the nominal power delivered by this motor is 5.5 kW. 168 V is the voltage at which the motor is designed to operate optimally and it draws 27 A of current when operating under normal conditions. The base speed of the motor is 1500 revolutions per minute but it can rotate at the maximum speed of 9000 revolutions per minute as well. However, it’s not recommended to operate it at the maximum speed for longer periods to maintain the life of the motor. The thermal time constant is 40 minutes and the inertia of the rotor is 0.021 kgm2. 2AD100C can be attached to any surface through both, flange mounting and foot mounting. The power terminal position is at the top of the motor and the power terminal output connector is present on side A.
The cooling in this motor is carried out by axial blowers that flow air the direction B to direction A. 230 V of nominal AC voltage is required for the operation of blowers that produce air with an average volume of 230 m3/h. The holding brake is absent but high-resolution motor feedback is present. The motor has a smooth output shaft but the shaft seal and side B shaft end are absent.
