The 1MS480A-GA-A2 is a stator. It is designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. The stator is a component of 1MB asynchronous motors from Bosch. 1MB motors can support speeds of up to 20,000 RPM and output torque of up to 875 Nm. 1MB motors are maintenance-free motors. The 1MB motors are liquid cooled motors and the stator is designed with an aluminum cooling jacket. The coolant that flows through the cooling jacket absorbs heat dissipated by the stator and a large part of the heat dissipated by the rotor. The 1MS480A-GA-A2 is specifically designed for 1MB motors with frame size of 480, frame length A and winding code GA. The 1MS480A-GA-A2 must be lifted and transported in a vertical position. Storage and transportation of the stator in the horizontal position can cause damage to the cooling jacket.
