The Bosch Rexroth 1MS375B-6B-A1 is a motor stator. It is designed for 1MB375 motors with frame length of B and winding code of 6B. The motor frame size is determined by the mechanical dimensions of the motor. Higher motor frame lengths lead to higher output torque. The winding code is an indication of the motor speed. An intermediate circuit voltage of 540 Volts DC is used as a fixed reference value. The drive combination is based on the data and operating characteristics. The design of the stator includes an aluminum cooling jacket for liquid cooling. The coolant that passes through the cooling jacket absorbs all of the power dissipated in the stator and a major part of the power dissipated in the rotor. The motor stator includes a 1.5 meter cable for electrical power that is attached to the end with larger output diameter.

All stator wires are equipped with a wire and sleeves that are installed at the factory. 1MB motor can be ordered with special designs for the stators. The 1MS375B-6B-A1 however does not include any special design. Mass of the stator is approximately 162 kilograms. Its protection rating is IP00. The temperature range recommended by Bosch for1MB375 motor operation is 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. Stators for 1MB motors are only allowed to be stored or transported while in the vertical position. This recommendation is intended to ensure that the cooling jacket on the stators is protected from damage. The area used for stator storage should be dry.
