The 1MS310F-6B-A2/S011 stator is built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for use in the 1MB High-Speed Asynchronous Motors series on machine-tool spindles. Acting as the stationary magnetic field generator within a spindle drive, it works with a matching rotor to deliver controlled torque and the high rotational speeds required for automated milling, turning, and drilling systems. Its modular form supports direct integration into compact headstocks where axial space is limited. Because the stator remains fixed in the housing, it supports precise spindle operation without adding rotating mass to the surrounding structure.

A 1.5 m loom serves as the main power and sensor harness. Its leads are routed through the stator end, so the cable exit stays clear of axial mounting faces and nearby spindle hardware. This routing can simplify internal cable management in spindle assemblies where the rear cavity is shared with sensors, coolant lines, or drawbar components. Heat is removed by liquid cooling, which helps the windings stay stable during continuous high-speed operation. The laminated core uses frame size 310 for compatibility with large spindle cartridges. The winding variant 6B establishes the electrical layout needed for use with a suitable inverter.

The active stack uses motor length code F, giving a medium magnetic length that balances torque with the available installation space. An aluminum cooling jacket surrounds the laminations and provides a direct path for heat transfer to the coolant circuit. The integrated connection cable is supplied with open leads, allowing connector selection to match the spindle housing layout and internal routing path. Open leads are also useful when the installation requires short internal adapters instead of fixed plugs. As a stator for 1MB frameless spindle motor, the unit is supplied without bearings or end bells for direct installation into a customer-machined enclosure.
