The 1MS241D-6C-A1 model is a stator for a 1MB frameless main spindle motor. When combined with the rotor designed for this model, the model generates a liquid-cooled asynchronous frameless motor. The 1MS stator is installed in the 6C winding. The stator, with a 6C winding configuration, revolves the rotor at a maximum speed of 4000 rpm while ingesting the rated current of 366 V. The type of bearing, lubrication, and degree of bearing priming requirements, as well as the preservation of the interior of the stator against gravel, coolant lubricants, bearing grease, and so on, are determined by the area of application of the motor spindle. The 1MS stator is intended to generate 112 Nm of rated torque while running at a 27 A of rated current. The stator winding provides 0.92 ohms of resistance, resulting in 12 kW of power in the rotor. The stator must be carefully packaged and sent between the temperatures of -20 and +80 degrees Celsius. The stator has an IP00 protection class and may work in humid environments (without condensation).
