The 1MS240H-4A-A1 is a state-of-the-art industrial motor stator designed by Rexroth Indramat for the 1MB asycnhornous spindle motor. This stator is the stationary part of the industrial motor, it works to by using the electrical energy it receives from the mains to generate an electromagnetic flux which in turns generates the rotational movement of the motor’s rotor. This industrial stator is designed according to the American and European quality standards, it features a unique housing unit that meets the IP00 protection class, this stator housing contains a high metal content, it is also covered with a liquid coating which prevents the direct interaction of the stator with corrosive liquid materials such as dilute acids, dilute alkaline, seawater and lye. The 1MS240H-4A-A1 motor maintains an operational efficiency of about 90 percent during operation, the stator can also stimulate the rotation of the industrial motor over a broad speed range, this makes it perfect for sophisticated industrial machines such as textile machines, food processing machines, metal forming machines and lots more.
