The 1MS240F-4A-A1 is a stator for Bosch Rexroth 1MB motors with frame size 240 and frame length F. 1MB motors are liquid cooled and each stator comes with an aluminum cooling jacket. The coolant flows through the cooling jacket and absorbs heat dissipated in the stator and a large portion of the heat that is dissipated in the rotor. The rated power loss for the motor is 2.9 kilowatts. The required coolant flow rate is 4.2 liters per minute. The temperature of the coolant at the inlet can be between 10 and 40 degrees Celsius. The electrical connection on the 1MS240F-4A-A1 is through a cable that has a length of 1.5 metesr. This cable is attached to the stator end with larger output diameter.
