Product Description:
The 1MS200D-4A-A1 is a stator for asynchronous motors that are part of the Bosch 1MB product line. It is supplied as a part of a complete 1MB motor. When supplied separately, the stator has to be mounted. The mounting procedure is provided in detail in the product manual. The mounting should be carried out by trained personnel only. The 1MS200D-4A-A1 can be used for motors that have a motor frame size of 200 and a frame length of D. 1MB motors are liquid cooled and the motor stator design includes an aluminum cooling jacket. The liquid coolant that flows through the motor during operation absorbs heat that is dissipated inside the stator. The coolant also absorbs a large portion of the heat dissipated inside the motor rotor. The working temperature range for the 1MS200D-4A-A1 stator is 0 to 40 degrees Celsius.
The storage temperature range for the 1MS200D-4A-A1 stator is -20 to 80 degrees Celsius. Bosch only allows transportation and storage of the stator in the vertical position. This is because transportation and storage of the stator in the horizontal position can damage the cooling jacket. A damaged cooling jacket would render the stator totally unusable. A motor stator must not be used if it is found to be damaged at the time of delivery. The 1MS200D-4A-A1 includes an electrical connection. This connection is through a 1.5-meter cable that connects to the end of the 1MS200D-4A-A1 with larger output diameter.
