The 1MS160F-4B-A1/S045 is a stator module supplied by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the 1MB High-Speed Asynchronous Motors series. It forms the stationary electromagnetic section of a frameless spindle assembly and generates the rotating magnetic field that acts on the matching rotor when the motor is powered by a compatible inverter. Because the module is built for direct integration into spindle systems used in machine tools, robotic milling units, and grinding equipment, it supports high peripheral speed together with stable torque delivery during continuous industrial operation. The stator itself contains no rotating mass, which lets the surrounding spindle structure determine the final shaft, bearing, and sleeve arrangement.
The stator is supplied with a connection cable in a 1.5 m loom, giving the power leads enough reach for routing to the motor connection point without requiring an added extension in many layouts. Cooling is provided by liquid cooling, so internal coolant passages remove heat close to the windings and help the unit carry sustained current during long duty cycles.
