The 1MS160F-4A-A1 is a new generation industrial motor stator designed by highly trained engineers of Rexroth Indramat to generate the electromagnetic field that drives the rotational movement of the motor rotor. This industrial stator is designed specifically for the 1MB asynchronous spindle motor; it meets the IP00 protection class and can operate at a top level for more than five years without breaking down or requiring and major repair operation. Although the stator itself does not belong to a high protection category, it can operate in harsh industrial conditions since it requires integration into the compact housing of the 1MB asynchronous spindle motor before operation. To prevent dangerous motor movement, the integration of this stator into the industrial motor should be carried out by personnel who are familiar with Rexroth Indramat products and have gone through the documentation of the device.

The 1MS160F-4A-A1 industrial motor stator requires a rated input current of about 74 amperes to generate a power output of about 15 kilowatts and a rotor motor speed of about 3000 revolutions per minute. The stator also generates a rated torque of about 48-newton meters. At a motor temperature of 20 degrees Celsius, the torque constant of this motor is about 0.72-newton meters per ampere, while the winding resistance is about 0.106 ohms. This stator contains two pole pairs; it also operates with a thermal time constant of about 5 minutes.

The maximum permissible height at which this industrial motor should be operated is about 1000 meters above sea level.
