The 1MR160H-A061 model is configured to receive input power from a 281 V power source and generate a rated torque of 64 Nm. To keep the ambient temperature stable, an aluminum cooling jacket is fitted in the designated stator for this model. This model's stator loses 3.8 kW of rated power due to a liquid cooling mechanism. The 1MR rotor and stator join together to make a complete spindle motor. The cooling system installed in the motor eliminates the heat generated by the power loss. As a result, the motor can only be used if a supply of coolant is available. The cooling system must be constructed by the machine maker in such a way that all flow, pressure, cleanliness, temperature gradient, and other requirements are met in all working modes.
