These include gearboxes, servo motors, frequency converters, and so on. The rotors in the 1MR series are the rotors used with the company’s 1MB frameless spindle motors. These asynchronous motors serve as direct drives in motor spindles used for lathing, milling, and grinding operations in transfer tools, finishing centers, and other special-purpose machinery.
The 1MR160F-B074/S001 is a rotor designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth as one of the models in the 1MR series. Like other models in this series, it features a sleeve and a laminated core with balancing rings in front. These balancing rings have tapped holes in front of them and are used to achieve the desired grade of vibration severity according to DIN VDE 0530. The 1MB frameless spindle motor compatible with this rotor has a frame size of 160, with its frame length indicated as F.
