Product Description:

The KM3701 is a bus terminal designed by Beckhoff to carry out a direct differential measurement of the pressure that exists between two hose connections in servo systems. This terminal module is able to measure pressures that fall within a range of -100 to +100 millibars; the measured pressure value is automatically made available to the controller as a digital 16-bit value. The transmission resolution of this unit is estimated to be around 0.1 millibars per digit with an uncertainty level of 3 per cent. This terminal module also plays an important role in informing operators of any errors in the pressure system. Typical errors communicated by this terminal are over range and under range errors. This product is a 1-channel input device; apart from its role as a measuring device, it can also be used to replace pressure switches.

The KM3701 marked different from other similar terminal modules due to its compact design and simple connection technology; it also supports the specific push-in connection. The packaging material used in the delivery of this product is a cardboard box; the product is also CE-certified and UL-listed.
