The module accepts a nominal control supply of 24 VDC, matching common sensor power rails in factory cells. Each input draws only 6 mA, so eight points can be monitored without overloading light-duty proximity switches fed from the same line. A built-in low-pass filter of 3.0 ms suppresses contact bounce and short disturbances before the signal reaches the controller image. Conformance with EN 61131-2 Type 2 ensures that the channels tolerate short-term wiring faults and support PNP sensors.
