The EL9183 EL EtherCAT Terminal is a high-performance module designed for efficient potential distribution in industrial control systems. This input terminal is manufactured by Beckloff and supports 16 terminal points per potential to provide dense and structured wiring and reduce installation time.

The EL9183 terminal provides 500 V of electrical isolation between the E-bus and field potential to protect control electronics against field-level electrical disturbances and ensure operational safety. Designed to handle a maximum load current of 10 A, this terminal is perfect for power distribution across several devices or sensors within the system. This terminal has an operating voltage of up to 60 V AC/DC nominal voltage to permit flexibility in AC and DC control systems. This terminal has an IP20 protection rating and is therefore suitable for use inside enclosed control cabinets where environmental protection is offered externally. This terminal is certified according to EN 60068-2-6 vibration and EN 60068-2-27 shock resistance specifications, thus guaranteeing stable operation under mechanical stress and vibrations.

The stripping length for connected conductors is defined as 8 to 9 mm for proper fit and firm contact inside the terminal housing. The relative humidity up to 95% is supported by this terminal as long as the condensation is absent.
