Product Description:
The EL9181 is a stable multi-channel analog voltage input terminal with eight single-ended input channels. Each of these channels accepts analog voltage signals in the range of 0 to 10 V. When multiple signals are to be sampled at the same time, this proves to be useful and thus is used in measurement and monitoring. Input resolution is 16-bit signed integer to provide an accurate and precise representation of the signal over the entire voltage range.
This level of precision is ideal for applications that require precise voltage tracking and regulation. The terminal has simple integration capability into EtherCAT networks, such as high-speed and synchronized communication in distributed I/O architectures. One of the most convenient features is the native timestamp feature, which allows time-synchronous processing and logging of the input data. This is especially useful in applications where precise time correlation of measurement is needed, like data acquisition systems or synchronized process control. As part of its I/O feature, this unit has low latency between networked devices. Due to its compact size, this model can fit in tight control panels or embedded systems. The terminal simplifies wiring and improves signal clarity by virtue of having standard analog inputs accessible on all eight channels. It is suitable for use in situations where there is a need for high-precision monitoring of voltage continuously on several lines.
Through the application of timestamping together with signed 16-bit resolution, traceability and measurement integrity are provided. Using laboratory instruments and factory automation instruments, scalable effective data capture is provided by the EL9181. It reduces analog input capture with no loss in resolution or quality and with precise monitoring and control to be encompassed in a wide variety of real-time applications.
