The EL4134 is a high precision, 4 channel analog output terminal good for voltage signal generation in applications with reliable accurate output. The EL4134 is a device of Beckhoff's EL series of EtherCAT Terminals, which enables the seamless integration into distributed I/O systems and also provides advanced features for application in high performance control environments.

The four analog output channels yield a voltage range of -10 V to +10 V and have 16 bit resolution with sign, resulting in high granularity in the control of the output signal. It is therefore ideal for motion control, process automation and similar demanding analog output applications where precision is important. The output error of a typical terminal is less than 0.1% relative to the end value, which also denotes its accuracy for critical applications.

Another great feature of the EL4134 is its ability to support distributed clocks, which provide tightly synchronized signal output with a clock precision of less than 1 us. As a result, it is especially useful in real time automation systems where timing consistency is important. It can be powered by the E bus, with current consumption of 190 mA, and operates in rugged industrial environments. It is short circuit proof and the load resistance value is greater than 5 kohm.
