Beckhoff EtherCAT terminal EL3121 is a high-performance differential input signal module used in the industrial applications for analog signal processing. Being a member of the EL EtherCAT Terminal Series, the EL3121 is famous for the high accuracy and reliable work. This terminal has a resolution to 16 bits, and therefore delivers reliable signals meeting the necessary levels, it is ideal for operations that require extreme accuracy. The fact that it uses the digital differential input type improves the signal accuracy through reducing on potential electrical noise as well as on signal loss that is inherent through the use of cables over long distances.
