Engineered by Beckhoff, the EL2722-0010 EtherCAT terminal is a high-class output terminal. This terminal features two channels with a triac output. The product’s triac acts as a switching element and is positioned on the power contact potential. This device has no pluggable wiring option. The unit comprises two outputs that are locked mutually. It depends on LEDs to indicate the signal stage of its outputs. This terminal supports inductive and ohmic loads ranging from 12 VAC to 230 VAC.
The product is suitable for use with conventional blind motors. This device needs no settings for its configuration or address. The unit portrays a 0.1 ms to 10 ms switching time in zero crossing. It has a 0.5 A steady load capacity. This terminal must comply with the safety and warning notes in its housing. The product’s installation is possible in any position. This device has to be checked to confirm its de-energized state before it is installed, wired, or removed. The unit can be connected to another EtherCAT device and should not be over 100 m. It is CE Certified and portrays an IP 20 degree of protection.
