The CX5130-0155 is an automation panel PC unit built by Beckhoff Automation to handle complicated data processing operations and guarantee efficient control in the servo system. The processor present in this PC unit is an Intel Atom processor operating at a clock frequency of 1.75 gigahertz. The design of the processor in this unit makes quick and accurate processing of multiple operations possible; this, in turn, improves industrial efficiency. The housing of this PC unit is designed to withstand interference from large foreign solids as defined for IP20 products; it is without an internal air blower and dissipates excess heat from its housing by using natural convection and thermal radiation. There are no CFast cards or microSD cards provided for this unit at its delivery; however, it is equipped with slots for these cards for operators that wish to use them.
The CX5130-0155 PC unit is backed by an internal battery; this battery supports the real-time clock in the product, allowing for the accurate determination of time and date. During operation, operators are able to monitor the TC status, power, flash access, and bus status on this unit using the LED displays integrated into its panel. The unit also operates with a Twin CAT 2 software. Unlike conventional automation products, this unit is able to maintain high-performance standards at temperatures as low as 20 degrees below the freezing temperature and as high as 60 degrees Celsius. During storage, this permissible temperature range is between -40 to 80 degrees Celsius.
