Product Description:

The CX5120-0125 is a PC that is embedded and made specifically for control functions in automation. The Intel Atom E3815, which has a single core and operates at 1.46 GHz, is the processor. It can accommodate modular I/O expansions and is compact enough to mount on a DIN rail.

An improved system reliability and data storage during power outages are both provided by the 1-second UPS. There is no way to upgrade the 2 gigabytes of DDR3 RAM that comes with the CX5120-0125 integrated PC. There is an additional port on the PC that can be used for protocols such as PROFIBUS or CANopen, in addition to the one DVI-I port, two RJ45 Ethernet connections, and four USB 2.0 connectors. It has places for CFast and microSD cards, but the cards are not included. The CFast card comes with 1 MB of fixed memory. The personal computer is powered by 24 V DC electricity, which can lie anywhere from 15% to 20%. It shows power, TwinCAT, flash access, and bus state on the diagnostic LEDs. The internal clock has a battery that can be changed. The PC measures 124 mm long, 100 mm wide, and 92 mm high, and it weighs around 860 g.

The CX5120-0125 PC is compatible with a variety of operating systems, including Windows Embedded Compact 7 and Windows 10 IoT. It cools itself passively and is rated IP20 for security. The PC's interfaces automatically detect E-bus or K-bus links, which makes them easier to integrate. Additionally, it includes the TwinCAT 3 runtime (XAR); however, licenses must be acquired separately. The PC can run continuously because it has a power source and does not use much energy.
