Processing performance is delivered by an Intel Atom E3815 processor operating at 1.46 GHz. The CPU has a single core, which helps minimize scheduling jitter during concurrent fieldbus events. The board carries 2 GB of DDR3 RAM, providing space for real-time tasks, data buffering, and user interfaces. The enclosure measures 122 × 100 × 92 mm, so the unit fits beside terminal blocks without increasing cabinet depth.
