The CX2030-0100-1003 is one of the latest models from the German computer technology company Beckhoff – CX Series designed for industrial applications. At the heart of the Dell Venue 11 Pro, it has an Intel® Core™ i7 2610UE processor running at 1.5 GHz with two cores to handle multiple tasks.
This unit has 2 GB of DDR3 RAM that can be upgraded to 4 GB right out of the box for software that requires more memory. For storage, the unit offers choices between a 20 GB or 40 GB CFast flash card, depending on the operating system, and more storage can also be added to suit the requirements of a particular use. These OS options include Windows Embedded Compact 7, Windows Embedded Standard 7 P, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2016 LTSB, and TwinCAT/BSD for the flexibility of integration and deployment. Connectivity is complete and includes two fast Ethernet RJ45 ports, one DVI-I for video output, and four USB 2.0 for other peripherals. A further optional interface can also be included to create more versatility in different situations. The CX2030-0100-1003 has passive cooling, but it can be upgraded to active cooling right out of the box for efficient temperature management. The diagnostic is very effective due to light-emitting diodes which show power, TC status, flash access as well as bus status that enable quick system examination and servicing.
