Beckhoff’s model CX2030-01 is a solid part of the Embedded PC CX Series that impresses with its high-performance parameters. On the hardware side, it runs on an Intel Core i7 2610UE processor with a clocking rate of 1.5 GHz, which is a dual-core processor that is suitable for processing heavy tasks.
The memory facility installed in this system includes a 2 GB DDR3 RAM that can be upgraded to 4 GB RAM to meet most industrial needs. Storage options are not fixed and the operating system installed determines the use of either a 20GB or 40GB CFast flash card. This storage is also expandable to allow for usage in applications that may need more space to store information. The following operating systems are available with this model: Windows Embedded Compact 7, Windows Embedded Standard 7 P, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2016 LTSB, and TwinCAT/BSD.
