The Beckhoff CX1500_2 is a very flexible extension module from the CX Embedded PC Systems family. It was designed to suit tough automation and control needs. The CX1500_2 has an Intel Atom® E3845 quad-core Central Processing Unit (CPU) that runs @ 1.91 GHz (Giga hertz) and 4 GB (Giga bytes) of DDR3 Random Access Memory (RAM). This makes sure that it works well for both simple and complicated control jobs. It works with a number of Windows IoT operating systems, such as Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC versions. It also works with TwinCAT 2 and TwinCAT 3 runtime, making it easy to integrate control applications.
