The Beckhoff CX1010-0030 is an industrial embedded PC in the CX Series. It uses a 500 MHz Intel Pentium and has one core, which is sufficient for numerous applications related to the industry. This PC does not include expandable DDR RAMs of 256 MB which are adequate for control operations. Moreover, it comes with a Compact Flash card slot along with 128 MB of memory; thus, it provides expandable storage to store program and system data.
The CX1010-0030 has a 10/100 Mbit/s RJ45 interface to ensure efficiency in Ethernet communications and integration into networked systems. To ensure the device is quiet in operation where this is necessary, it is equipped with a cooling system that makes no sound.
