The CX1000-0110 is an embedded PC base module from Beckhoff’s CX Embedded PC Systems series. It combines a low-power x86 CPU, RAM, and field interfaces in a DIN-rail format so it can execute PLC logic and motion sequences directly inside a control cabinet. By integrating Windows CE or TwinCAT runtime with networking and display outputs, the unit operates as a compact controller for I/O stations, drives, and HMI panels on automated production lines. Its compact layout also allows control functions to be placed close to machine hardware, which can shorten wiring paths inside the cabinet.
